Basic Telephone Answering
Services

Basic telephone answering services are based on the taking of a 30-60
second call, using our standard message form, and making a dispatch to a
phone number that you designate (pager, cell phone, business phone, home phone,
fax, voice mail, etc.), or holding your messages until you call in for them.
If you wish to maintain a written record of your messages, we will
additionally follow the dispatch by faxing your message as soon as the dispatch
has been completed or at a scheduled time each day.

Receptionist/Answering
Service
Your calls will be answered in your personalized answer
phrase by professional operators. Our staff can represent themselves as
your receptionist, giving the impression they are working in your office.
We normally do this only during your regular business hours; typically
between 7am-6pm Monday through Friday. After business hours we generally
represent ourselves as your “after hours” or “emergency” service or
simply “your answering service” unless you have another preference.

dispatch procedure will be tailored to accommodate your needs.
