We invite you to compare our rates to other comparable answering services.  

However, be sure to compare all charges for equivalent services, not just the Base Rate. 

Rates are often difficult to compare between Services.  Pricing structures vary and it is not unlike comparing apples to oranges.  

Typically, there are three different structures of rates offered.  Services are either billed per call, per unit, or per minute of operator time.  You should know that most answering services are competitive in their rates and generally charge roughly the same amount for their services, just using different methods of counting or structuring.

When using a Service that charges per unit, you are charged for each action taken on your account.  You are charged for the inbound call and action to dispatch the message.  Each time they place an outbound call, send a message to you by text, email or fax, or each time you call in, you are charged a unit.

When using a Service that charges per minute of operator time, you are billed for every second that the operator is handling the inbound call and each action to dispatch the message, just as they do when charging per unit, only in time rather than action.

When using a Service that charges per call, you are billed for the inbound call, which usually includes one or two methods of dispatch.  Additional services are typically available at an additional charge, depending on how you structure your Service to work for you.

When comparing Services that offer different rate structures, be sure to compare them based on the overall requirement for each call/message.  Meaning, if you are comparing a Service that charges per unit with a Service that charges per call, don't forget to add up all of the units that will be necessary to take and complete the dispatch of the message, and compare the total cost to the cost of the per call rate.  Most often you will see that the rates are in the same ballpark.  

When looking for an Answering Service or Receptionist Service, first and foremost, customer service should be the deciding factor.

Image office Services' first priority is to provide excellent customer service to both you and your callers.  Consistent with that primary objective, we maintain a rate structure that accommodates all of our clients.  We are an extremely economical resource to provide these services 24 hours a day, 365  days a year, at a very competitive rate.  Our basic telephone answering service is based on providing this necessary service at a rate within the reach of each business based on call volume.  Call volume is a measure of relative use of resources, both labor and technological, for this basic service.  Services beyond the basic service are priced based on the additional resources required to provide the additional services.  This allows you to use only the services that you need.

Image Office Services charges by the call, not the length of the call or by units of service.  Our basic service includes the inbound call and a basic dispatch of your message.  If you are looking for the best value for excellent overall service and support, then you have found us.  You and your customers will find our service both exceptional and personable.  The end result of any call should be that the caller was completely satisfied with the conversation and the outcome.  In short, they should be happy they made that call to you.

You really control the cost of your answering service.  You control when and how long the Service is on and when you pick up your own telephone calls.  You may use the Service at certain times or 24 hours.  You are charged only for the inbound call.  There is no extra charge, from the Service, to provide the basic services to you unless we incur additional costs in the process of providing these services for you.  An example would be long distance phone charges we incur, on your behalf, for making calls to your employees, customers, or faxing long distance. 

Many of our clients transfer their lines to us long distance to be on service with Image.  Given the relatively low cost of long distance, this is a very small incremental cost to insure that they and their customers get the attention and service that they expect for their company.  When comparing this to Services that charge by the minute or unit, this really becomes insignificant.
